Fixed Price Approach

This option involves fixed price approach to development based on detailed specification and would be ideally suitable for situations where you want to outsource a complete project/product development for a fixed price.

Development projects are broken down into logical deliverables based on time-box or functionality or based on specific go-to-market strategies and milestones. Ideally suitable for projects where requirements and deliverables are clearly defined. If detailed specification is not available, we can assist with a feasibility study and develop a detailed specification. • Based on the Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) CreOwn would write the complete technical specification and a proposal would be submitted for your sign off.
• The project would be managed by an experienced Project Manager who would be responsible for the end-to-end management of the project requirements, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Project would be executed on a firm fixed-price basis.
• Project deliverables would be incremental and would based on various milestones/activities agreed with the customer.
• Complete support during customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment.
• Well defined change control management procedures to take care of any changes suggested during the course of the project.
• Includes post-implementation warranty of deliverables for an agreed period of time to fix any bugs not identified during UAT phase.
• We retain core project staff to provide ongoing support and maintenance, if needed.
